- Stainless steel cutting and bending: high precision
Working with stainless steel is an essential first step in the construction of all equipment. Stainless steel sheets are cut using high-precision laser cutting machines. State-of-the-art press brakes are then used to produce the parts required for the various sections of the oven.
- Welding
To create the structure of an oven or any other equipment, the formed parts are welded together. TIG welding techniques ensure a clean and strong weld. A thorough understanding of how metals interact, the ability to produce robust and clean welds whilst avoiding overheating of the stainless steel – which could compromise its anti-corrosion properties –: in the manufacture of our professional equipment, Bonnet’s welders apply their expertise and precision to ensure excellence.
- Installation of internal components
Keeping the heat inside the oven and saving energy: these are the objectives of installing precise and rigorous thermal insulation for the internal components. Bonnet technicians, experts in electronics and thermodynamics, are responsible for fitting the heating elements or burners that generate heat, as well as thermostats, temperature sensors and other electrical and electronic components. Particular attention is paid to the positioning and securing of heating elements, for example, to ensure uniform heat distribution inside the oven.
